1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TimeClock 365 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TimeClock 365 is a cloud-based workforce management platform that provides time tracking, attendance management, door access control, task management, expense reporting, and related services.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, organizations must register a company account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is listed at timeclock365.co.il/pricing-plans/.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Collect data beyond what is necessary for legitimate workforce management
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit the platform
- Transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized access attempts
6. Data Ownership
Your organization retains ownership of all employee attendance data stored in your TimeClock 365 account. TimeClock 365 does not claim ownership over your data. You may export your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
TimeClock 365 targets 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
The TimeClock 365 platform, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by TimeClock 365 Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
TimeClock 365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability in any case is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. TimeClock 365 may suspend accounts that violate these Terms immediately. Upon termination, data is available for export for 90 days before deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv.
